Returns & Replacements

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. While we do not accept general returns or exchanges due to preference or change of mind, we’re happy to resolve any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Because of the size and weight of our furniture — and the high cost of return shipping — we are unable to accept returns for items that are not damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement. In some cases, you may not be requested to return the item.
